I am very happy with this refrigerator after having it for about a month. The temperature stays cold and it makes plenty of ice. It is also convenient that there are rollers on the bottom of the unit, so it can be moved fairly easily.

We bought this about a month ago because we were familiar with the brand. Works like it should. Does run a lot more then are old one did. Thought we read somewhere that the newer models do for some reason. Also, the position of the light by the water dispenser is useless. Sits way in the back and you can't see how much water you are getting if the room is dark. Other than that, so far so good.

Have not had the refrigerator long , ice maker is not the best ice freezes together at first the ice maker was purging to much water and causing water over flow which broke the bin.. I replaced it and put another valve in line to slow water intake™¦ seemed to help but cubes still freeze together.. also size matters although large , refrigerator could be a little bigger for my liking all in all it™™s much better then what I had™¦ and you get what you pay for™¦

Of the first one of this model I purchased it went back to, Thank God my reputable Menards. They arranged to take the first one back after we tried under warranty repair because the ice maker did not work. The water would freeze and block the water delivery tube. At the assurance that Menards had not found this to be a consistent problem, I again got the same model. This one does work just fine.

I bought this since my brand new LG stopped after 4 years. It had decent reviews which is why I chose this model. It cools great but drawers in fridge are small and the ice/water despenser is too small for normal size cups and needs a bigger tray to catch water dribbles. Just a couple things I would change, otherwise a good fridge.

We've had this side-by-side Amana refrigerator less than a month; so far, so good. The ice maker and water dispenser work well. We have to keep the temperature for the freezer at the highest setting, or the ice cream gets soft. The temp for the frig is at the highest setting, also. The outside of this refrigerator is difficult to clean and keep streak-free. The drawers in the frig side could slide more easily, and we seem to be missing a shelf.

While the basic cooling function appears solid so far, I am disappointed with (is it deliberate?) down-functioning on the interior -- there is a 1" gap at the back of the refrigerator shelves (things fall through at the back), the vegetable and fruit bins at the bottom do not slide well (they dont have to be stylish if you want to differentiate vis a vis pricier models, but they have to move frictionlessly -- that is essential functionality), the freezer shelves are very basic ...

This does a great job as it should. I'm accustomed to my previous unit that produced ice like crazy. This model would be superior if the ice maker was combined with a metal tray. Needed one in a hurry, bought this unit from local big box store, delivery guys set it up, warned me that the front casters will fail as We load it up, we might have to shim. They were right, also the right rear caster let the unit on that corner drop to the floor, rolling the unit out to shim that corner, left front caster did the same thing, had to place shim under the frame at both the rear and front to stabilize. Upper corner near ice maker vibrates, can't find anything on exterior that would cause it, opening the freezer door sound is coming from behind the rear panel. Ice maker makes good ice but is VERY SLOOOW. Ice dispenser could use more length to accommodate larger cups. Don't understand the reason for 5 seconds on and off to use the water dispenser, is the water valve not able to run longer? Just purchased this unit 8/1/2025 delivered 8/4/2025. Hope it has no more issues. Fun part is yet to come, having to remove shims inorder to move it out for cleaning.

I bought this a couple months ago and it has been great! Our old frig went out and we purchased a new frig from a big box store. Frig was supposed to be delivered in a couple days. Four days and several calls later we were in formed that it would be another 30 days before we could get a frig. That was not going to happen. We found this on sale and was delivered that day! It came as advertised! Great frig for the money. I like that the ice is made quickly and the cubes are smaller. Also came with an ice crusher! Even better! Would recommend to anyone else.

Bought month ago and have had no problems with it. I wish it had 3 drawers but for the price only one con. The water button for the water/ice pushes too easy. So when you get ice the water button is easily pushed and puts water on the floor.

I am so sorry that I bought this refrigerator. The ice maker is horrible! It doesn't make but an eight ounce cup of ice a day and it's 90 plus degrees every day. If I hadn't got it on clearance with no warranty I would return it and it's been a month already.

I bought this refrigerator because it was dimensions of my old one, looked similar, and it was on had at the store with same day delivery. While the outside dimensions may be the same as my old one, the inside layout is completely off. My dissatisfaction is my own fault for not measuring the shelves, layout of shelves, and where the ice maker is located in the freezer. The shelves in both the refrigerator and and freezer are extremely narrow but may be as deep as the old one. It IES not have a drawer for things like cheese and deli so I ordered one from Amazon. While the refrigerator and freezer both work accordingly, I can honestly say that is the only positive thing I can say about it. I absolutely loathe this refrigerator and am aggravated every time I open it. I don™™t think this appliance will last as long as the one that finally died so I am stuck with it. All I can say is this was a lesson learned.
