We've only had our oven a little over a week, but put it to good use just before Thanksgiving. I love the beautiful blue interior surface of the oven. Both the lower oven and the microwave/oven combination are easy to operate and get use to. Looking forward to using the convection oven.

We've had our oven/micro combo now for about a month. My favorite part of the oven is the size of the glass window and the brightness of the bulbs. It's so easy to see what's cooking inside, and my husband no longer opens the door to check. The bottom is a beautiful sapphire blue...gorgeous.

My Kichen Aide Microwave Wall Oven is very simple to use. I wanted an oven that had lots of functions but not complicated and I got that with Kitchen Aide. It provides simple prompts to guide you through operations. I love my oven and microwave combo.

My wife hated having a microwave on the counter and, after researching many different options, this seemed like the ideal situation. We needed an oven upgrade too. Not only was our old oven unaesthetic, it wouldn't cook even. This true convection holds true to its name. It bakes food super evenly and holds the temperature well too. The microwave isn't as powerful as I expected but you simply adjust your time accordingly and it's great. If you want to cook like a true chef, or you just want an extremely happy spouse, this is the appliance for you.

Purchased this unit over a year ago, but due to issues with my kitchen remodel, it wasnt installed until recently. It worked for a couple of weeks, then no poer to the main control board. It had been 54 weeks since I made the purchase, so it was out of warranty... I called KitchenAid and they said they would cover the full warranty - fantastic! They had a local repair company (Dalton Services) do the repair, and now everything works 100%. I am very happy that KitchenAid and Dalton Services were able to work with me and correct the problem. I had this unit at my last house and really enjoyed it, that is why I purchased it once again. I would still purchase again if I were to move into a different house.

Works fine with features you would expect. We have had wall ovens before and this is the noisiest oven we have ever had. When the oven cools down it makes a very intrusive whistling noise, something that has been noted in other reviews. We didn't have much choice when we bought it as it came with the house. Even the microwave has an unusual, but not loud, chatter. As my husband said, we can't wait for it to break so we can get something different. We usually eat in the breakfast area and the noise from the oven as it cools down is very annoying.

The buttons are clear and easy to figure out. Hardly any learning curve at all. The accessories for the microwave/convection are also handy. The alert sounds are nice too. I can turn the off which is so nice for me!

I brought the wall oven 2 months ago and do the installation myself. The follow the dimension instruction on cabinet cutout and it fits right away. The electrical connection is also easy. The removal/put back of the oven door is not very clear and takes me a while to figure out and through try and error. Once you figure out, it is easy to take off and put back. I like the microwave had the feature of heating up pizza and as convection oven. The height of the microwave oven is not tall enough to put a tall jar or bottle that fits in my old microwave oven. Need to pour the content in to a shorter container to fit into the microwave oven. The oven rack can slide out easily and the build in thermometer is really convenient. If not because of the hicup in removing/put back oven door, I would have give it a 5 star. It is not an issue if you do not do the installation like me.

Recently "refreshed" my 23 year old kitchen and ordered KitchenAid appliances. Oven is nice and quiet with even temperatures. Had to get out the instruction booklet on the microwave becuase there are so many options and features :)! Haven't tried the crisper of Convection feature yet. But looking for to cooking thanksgiving dinner in the new oven!

I bought this a year ago and have been struggling ever since. Had repair out. The oven takes over an hour to reach desired temp and then when you open door to put the food in it drops 20 degrees and takes another 30 min to get back to desired temp. I am a baker, and have tried working around this, and I bought this because of my preference for Kitchenaid. The microwave is only 900 watts, when packaged food directions are standardized for 1100. The microwave is also lacking in inside height which has eliminated tall containers. I do love the mw steam feature.

Bought this one to replace one that had been in our house for over 19 years. The microwave had gone out and the other one but the oven was still going strong. We love this one it has a glider so that it makes it very easy for me To check on food. We haven't use the convection part yet and the other part of the oven/microwave. We had to wait because it's on back order but it was well worth the wait. Looking forward to years of use

Microwave door sometimes does not close on it's own, unless pressed shut. Self cleaning oven will smell up the entire house on the first use. Hopefully the 2nd cleaning isn't as bad. Be sure to turn on your hood fan and open the windows.

I replaced a 20 year old kitchenaid convection oven/microwave with this new model cause it was the only brand that would fit in the space. There are features on the new model I do NOT like....both units take TOO LONG to cool dow and I do NOT like thee way the controls for both units are arranged.

The microwave works well and has good features. I can use it as my 2nd oven. It is a little hard to clean in the back as the door comes down rather than to the side. The lower oven heats evenly, heats up quickly and temperature has been true. The shelves are easy to move. Broiler works great and keeps the smoke out of my kitchen as the door needs to be closed to use it.

I moved to a new house and took the opportunity to replace my wall unit as soon as I could. I had a kitchenaid wall oven prior and it had been the best oven. Cooks evenly and the blue enamel inside is beautiful. I love the looks of this unit and the view window is so big and clear. matches well with my Wolf range. Has so many features such as bread proofing and convection bake. I have been very surprised at the performance of the convection bake microwave, it creates flaky and crispy foods quickly if you follow the instructions. Reheat option for meals and leftovers works well. And it will even soften a cube of butter perfectly.

The unit has a nice appearance, but it's mostly impossible to keep the stainless clean without fingerprints. Really need to put the new fingerprint resistant finish on this. Also the door to the microwave doesn't always close properly and has a very strange switch for the light such that you have to push the door shut firmly to get the light to go off. Can't figure out what they were thinking with the design on the light switch.
