Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

GARBAGE! AGITATOR BROKE TWICE IN LESS THAN A YEAR. SO ITS ON ITS 3RD AGITATOR. BOUGHT 8/15/24. AND NOW ITS TIME FOR NEW F-ING WASHER AFTER PAYING OUT $1200 BRAND NEW. WHOLE THING IS SHOT. IT TURNING IT SELF ON AFTER THE LOAD IS DONE AND THE LID IS LIFTED. WHAT WASTE, WHIRL POOL SUCKS!

Simple operation

Lin52 8/5/2025

I bought this non-vend top load washer in March, 2025. I have been pleased, so far, with fast wash cycles and clean results. I am most pleased with the compact size of a unit that still gives top performance. Not having to deal with all the bells and whistles that have become the norm on most washers today is an added plus for this appliance.

R S M 8/1/2025

Drain pump started coming on after washing machine completed cycle and was supposedly ™€œoff™€. This started happening about 5 weeks after I bought it. I™€™ve made several attempts to contact Whirlpool to get service under the registered warranty over the last 5 weeks, and still have a broken washing machine in my laundry room.

dan01 7/24/2025

I purchased this washer and it started out great but after only a year it broke down. I was told that the mother board was bad. It was covered under warranty. The repair center said it was a known issue and had replaced dozens of them. It has run great since then and really does do a good job getting cloths clean.

Commercial Top-Load Washer, Non-vend

George 7/17/2025

Works as expected. We will see if it is still working in a year or two. Our experience with these is they do not last very long after five years, at the most, in the hotel. These are not true commercial washing machines. If they were they would last longer than 4-5 years. This is like what you would by for your house, not for a Hotel.

For a commercial washer it can™€™t handle a regular load of clothes and it is overloaded. The lid lock is constantly having issues. I™€™ve had to call for repair 3 times and it™€™s only a few months old. I would return it if the return window wasn™€™t closed.

Word to the Wise

mhr25 1/21/2025

I ordered 2 of these within a couple of weeks of each other. Was hoping to have better performance with commercial units at my assisted living facility. Delivery on both was very delayed. Both flooded the floors with water upon first use. Separate orders...same problem! Whirlpool required service techs have been out 3 times. Parts have been ordered twice. Still don't know if I'm going to be left with anything but 2 large Expensive paperweights. I do NOT recommend this product and the verdict is still out on the integrity of the company.

I just bought this machine and I have not used it much. My last machine I bought which was a whirlpool washer also, gave out after just over a year of mild use. I hope this one lasts much longer. I was really disappointed at the short life span of it. If this one does not last long I will never buy another whirlpool product again.

JET77 4/30/2024

I made the purchase for washing towels, cleaning cloths, and smaller loads of tablecloths and sheets in a commercial/Industrial setting. The machine has performed very well with low operation noise and very good quality of cleanliness of washed items. The machine is very simple and easy to operate with less confusing controls and is very well built.

A month or two in the machine started malfunctioning. Would be stuck on a cycle. Machine was balanced and level. A year later that problem has receded but it's impossible to balance and shakes everywhere. I found a black rubber I believe came from the machine. $1,000 disappointment.

On a regular basis gets out of balance and shakes violently. Regularity does not drain well. Very noisy when in drain cycle. Would not recommend this washer. Regret buying it. Had service tech look at it and he found nothing wrong, so I guess this is just a lousy design.

Dont waste your money!

PatrickN 11/19/2023

To call this washer a commercial heavy duty machine is a joke. I have had one for 7 months. The door latch has broken twice and the drum became so rusty that the place we purchased it from replaced it. We are remotely located in the Bahamas, so wanted a good quality solid machine, hence we chose this. I couldnt be more disappointed. They told us the drum rusted because our water is poor. What does that even mean. A washing machine made with a drum that is even capable of rusting should not exist. Please save your money and look elsewhere, this is a real piece of crap!

Laundromat style washer w/o coin-op

I bought this model last year after my previous washer broke down and could not be repaired. I was told that since this model was commercial type, that it would endure my frequent washing schedule of 3 -4 days per week of 2-3 loads. It only lasted approx 17 months before it broke down. Now, my parts are on order and I am without a washer for 2 weeks now. I guess this model wasn't as robust as I had hoped.
